Going no problems coming back Hade to wait over half hour for bus then when I put token in it said I owed £112 pound spoke to assistant who checked said ok lifted barrier with nothing to pay . Jet park buses were running every 10/15 minutes .No one came to say why we were delayed probably use jet parks next time

Simple online booking system. Convenient location. Short walk to terminals (depending on where you find a space in car park) cost expensive but I suppose its the going rate

All worked well, although the instructions said to take a token but when I communicated with them on arrival, one is not issued as it works on number plate recognition on entry & exit so the instructions need amending.

overall good, the description of what to do when reaching the barrier is not quite correct as no token is dispensed from the machine, the camera at the gate recognises the number plate of the vehicle and opens the barrier you don not need a token

It is an excellent service. The only query is , we have used this on several occasions and every time we are leaving it comes up we owe money and we have then to call and have the matter rectified. It does not take a great amount of time, but when you are on your way home you don't want to be messing about...

Despite having my confirmation email to hand, with the correct registration shown, our booking was not recognised by the car park APR system. It was finally found manually through alternative computer systems, showing a different registration number. Our entry was delayed, and queues formed behind while it was resolved.The same conversations had to be repeated on exit from the car park on return.

I have parked here several times, there is always a problem with the system recognizing my number plate or whatever necessary to do smooth arrival and leaving.Otherwise a perfect location to approach terminal 1 or 3 even on foot.

Directions for Long Stay - Terminal 1 & 3

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

The postcode for T1/3 Long Stay is M90 3NS

Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signposts for Terminals 1.

Go straight ahead for T1 at the set of traffic light, you will pass the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by the Clayton Hotel, on your left-hand side.
Shortly afterwards you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at this roundabout and go straight ahead.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit direct to the entrance of the T1/3 Long Stay car park.

Please be aware that there are currently roadworks at and around the airport, and some road layouts have changed. Please follow airport signage.

Entry Instructions:
On arrival at the barrier, the car registration is read by the ANPR camera and the barrier will automatically raise. If the barrier does not raise automatically, please press the intercom where you will be asked to quote your booking reference and booking details to validate your booking prior to gaining entry to the car park.
Enter car park - proceed to the nearest available space Height restriction of 2.2 metres (7ft 2in).

Exit instructions:
Drive up to the barrier, which should lift automatically. If prompted for over-stay payment use integrated chip and pin device. If you have a query press the intercom button and quote your booking reference (ref starts with M).

Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk, subject to the car parks printed terms and conditions. Trailers are not permitted in any of our parking facilities.

All drivers are urged to check travel conditions before setting out on journeys.

The car park has 24 Blue Badge bays in the car park which are on a first come first served basis - you just need to display your Blue Badge whilst you're away. The transfer buses are also wheelchair accessible.

What would happen if my flight is delayed, or it takes a while for my baggage to be retrieved- At what point would I incur additional charges? To answer this question effectively we do require a bit more information. If you are able please call our reservations team on 08444 122 900
Hi if I arrive earlier than booked will I still be able to enter carpark?yes you can arrive earlier than booked but it may incur additional charges. It would be best for you to call us and we can amend the booking
Do the transfer buses go to all three terminals? The transfer bus runs to all three terminals
do you pay for the transfer runs ?There is no charge for the transfer runs
