The T1 and T3 long stay which we had pre booked was in fact full , we were informed of this at the barrier and redirected to the T1 multi storey which was a bit confusing but we found a place ok eventually which was actually an upgrade and very convenient for the terminal, so was better, but why was a space reserved in an overbooked car park ?

Good....but could have been Execellent , if we were not directed to park in zoneC where there is no bus service. My partner could hardly walk long distance with bags. Staff working at carpark should use common sense and ask if it would be okay to walk. Other wise booking /getting in and out was great.

Car park is convenient and your service worked faultlessly. Manchester airport is a different matter and needs massive investment urgently. It is not a pleasant experience to use.

Parking was fine only I was disappointed as when I booked it said walking distance to the terminal when we had to get on the bus. Other than that all was ok

As a whole the experience was ok. The car park was easy to find with the given directions. The only issue we had was the length of time we had to wait for a bus after our return flight.

Have always use the long stay at Gatwick and never had issues. So as I was travelling from Manchester this time I thought it would be best to try this one. Everything ran smoothly only issue at the terminal 1 the bus stop for the bus is the same as Jetparks so people were queuing and it may lead you to join the queue

What can be simpler than driving up to a barrier which recognises your plate and opens ...park your car and walk to the terminal. Although not much info on when the buses are coming so walked to terminal.. Collected car fine and same on way out..

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.The postcode for T1/3 Long Stay is M90 3NS
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signposts for Terminals 1.
Go straight ahead for T1 at the set of traffic light, you will pass the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by the Clayton Hotel, on your left-hand side.
Shortly afterwards you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at this roundabout and go straight ahead.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit direct to the entrance of the T1/3 Long Stay car park.
Please be aware that there are currently roadworks at and around the airport, and some road layouts have changed. Please follow airport signage.
Entry Instructions:
On arrival at the barrier, the car registration is read by the ANPR camera and the barrier will automatically raise. If the barrier does not raise automatically, please press the intercom where you will be asked to quote your booking reference and booking details to validate your booking prior to gaining entry to the car park.
Enter car park - proceed to the nearest available space Height restriction of 2.2 metres (7ft 2in).
Exit instructions:
Drive up to the barrier, which should lift automatically. If prompted for over-stay payment use integrated chip and pin device. If you have a query press the intercom button and quote your booking reference (ref starts with M).
Parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk, subject to the car parks printed terms and conditions. Trailers are not permitted in any of our parking facilities.
All drivers are urged to check travel conditions before setting out on journeys.
The car park has 24 Blue Badge bays in the car park which are on a first come first served basis - you just need to display your Blue Badge whilst you're away. The transfer buses are also wheelchair accessible.
