Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

The M&G operating hours are between the hours of 04:45 and 23:30. Please call us using the number on your confirmation email 20 minutes before you arrive at Stansted Airport and a MyCSL Member of Staff will arrange a meeting point with you. If you are travelling North on the M11 please call us when you are at Harlow Junction 7. If you are travelling South on the M11 please call us when you are at Saffron Walden Junction 10. Upon arrival at the arranged meeting point there will be a MyCSL Member of Staff ready to greet you. Customers are responsible for paying the car park fees upon entry, Fees should not exceed £10.00* providing you enter within the specified time of you calling us.

What is the pick-up procedure?

1. Collect your luggage. 2. After you have collected your luggage, please call MyCSL using the number on your confirmation email. 3. A MyCSL Member of Staff will then arrange a meeting point with you. PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call MyCSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore, you will be liable for any additional charges.. Customers are responsible for paying the car park fees upon exit. Fees should not exceed £10.00* providing you return within the specified return time of your call to us, as there are time limits in operation. Our Meet & Greet Service only operates between 04:45 and 23:30. The company will not be held responsible for flight cancellations and delays. If your flight is delayed past midnight, you have the option to make your way to our car park and retrieve your key from a lock box or wait until we re-open at 04:00 This information will be sent to you via Text Message with simple instructions. We recommend ASSOCIATED TAXIS the number on your confirmation6 the cost should be no more than £25.00.

What security measures does the car park have?

Secured compounds with cctv and 24 hour guards. All CSL drivers are fully insured.

What else do I need to know?

Please take your booking confirmation with you on the day of your parking. Entry and exit fee to be paid by customer (up to £10 on entry and £10 on exit, these are Stansted airport charges) * We do not accept licensed taxis or licensed private hire vehicles. We will also not accept minibuses which have more than 8 passenger seats. Vehicles in excess of 3m in length maybe refused during peak times. We also do not accept motorbikes - long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival if the extra has not already been prepaid to FHR The M&G operating hours are between the hours of 04:45 and 23:30, if there are any delays and you arrive outside the M&G operating hours window, you will only be provided with the Park & Ride service.

We travelled with a member of the family who was disabled when we arrived & were met in the location stated they could not do enough for us & arranged on our return for the csr to br brought to the upper level so we didnt have to struggle very good meet & greet company well worth the money would use them again

Not pleased that drop off was moved from outside the terminal to the Orange short stay car park at 5 in the morning. I was told that there was a Security alert, but this didn’t appear to be the case as everyone else was driving up to the terminal. On return, the first call to get my car went unanswered. I was cut off on the 2nd call. On the 3rd call the man answering my call was very snappy.

Our return was not quite as organised as we wold have liked- we did call when we got through passport control and then had to wait over 25 minutes in the freezing cold for our car tube delivered having been told it was going to be there..

Everything went fine with the drop off and pick up. But we had to pay £7 to get out of the drop zone. That should be included in, or added to, the price, as it’s not a true reflection of the actual price. Will factor this in when comparing prices in the future.

Excellent service. Didn't have to wait too long for drop off or pick up. Contacted CSL to let them know we would be late due to flight being re-directed. No problem for them and no extra charges. Would definitely use again.

Apart from not realising that the ‘meet’ was not at drop off, but at downstairs carpark and that I had to pay the £3.50 on exit after ‘greet’ (which was at drop off), the service was good. Paying the £3.50 was in itself not a problem, but I panicked a bit as I didn’t have any £££ coins on me. I was able to find a UK bank card in my luggage and used that. If I’d known I would have been better prepared. Other meet&greet companies i’ve used in the past give £3.50 in cash to use on exit.

A very good service. Would have been 5 star except that due to baggage handling difficulties at Stansted Airport (which M&G were made aware of when they rang us to inquire why we had not called them despite having landed 90 minutes earlier) my car was delivered early resulting in an extra exit fee from Car Park which I was asked to supplement. I paid them but feel that if the company choose to deliver a car prior to the request for them to do, that should be at their expense, not mine!

Not very good. I was booked in for 4am. We arrived at 3.50 after having called 20 mins earlier as requested. I was told it was booked for 4.30 but that was incorrect and that the driver did not start until 4am anyway, so go and have a coffee. The driver did not pick us up until 4.20. This meant we had to rush through the airport, bad start to the holiday. At pick up we then had to pay £5.99 to get out of the carp ark, which I will be claiming back.

Drop off excellent. On return it took 58 minutes from when we rang, after collecting our luggage, until our car came! Apparently they thought we wanted to be picked up and didn't bring our car - just a mini-bus which we did not see and would have ignored if we had seen it. In the midst of the delay had difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone.
