Easy location for parking for airport. Seemed like regular busses to get you in & out, only had few minutes wait on both outward & inward journey. Only downside was thought the signage / road markings could be clearer and the area I got to park in (Jetpark 2 row M) spaces were very tight and ground was rough. Overall thought was happy and will use FHR again. Thanks.

We have used jet parks 2 many times. I must admit this was the worst experience. After parking our car at 4am in the morning we had to wait over 30mins in the cold for the bus to pick us up to go to the terminal. Because of the wait there was alot of people to get on the bus with their cases the bus was far to over crowded. After our holiday we got to the car park barrier which failed to lift up . We rang for help and was told the barrier would lift up after they checked our booking . Again the barrier failed to lift up finally after asking for help again we where able to leave. We felt the whole experience was not smooth not what you want when going on holiday or arriving back.

Car park was well signposted and easy to find. It has automatic number plate recognition but unfortunately it didn’t recognise ours or the bar code. Spoke to someone over the intercom and they released the barrier and gave us a token for exiting. The shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes and there are 4 stops around the car park. It was very easy to park and catch the shuttle and would book this car park again.

The carpark name is potentially confusing on the basis that is similar to other carpark names at the airport which can lead to difficulties on accessing the correct shuttle bus.

Returned in the early hours of the morning. The barrier would not lift up. The area was poorly lit so couldn't find the help button. No help button in right hand barrier lane. Had to reverse into other lane. Eventually after about 5 minutes, found the help button. Better lighting at the exit would help.

After having a bad experience with meet and greet.i went for the cheaper option,and as long as you plan for the extra time its fine ,as long as people are not kept waiting for pick up buses ,I will continue to use this service.

Very pleased, good value and bus service was excellent. The only thing I could say would improve it, would be location details of where your car is parked. For example an area and a row. Having said that we had no trouble, but I felt it was more luck than judgement.

The directions we received said the car park was called Shuttle Economy 2 when it is in fact Jet Parks 2. It would be helpful if the directions are updated. Everything else was fine.

Directions for Jet Parks 2

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

During hot weather we recommend that removing all alcohol-based hand sanitiser products from vehicles when they are not occupied as they pose a risk of igniting and causing a fire.

From the North leave the M1 at Jct 24 and follow signs to the airport, take the A453 for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right into the airport main entrance. From the South leave the M1 at Jct 23a and follow signs to the airport. Turn right into the main entrance. From the West follow A50 to Jct 24 then follow signs to the airport. Turn right into the airport main entrance. Upon arrival at the airport,

Long stay car parks are clearly signposted but entering the site at the main entrance, turn left at the first roundabout following the road until the next roundabout. Proceed straight on, reaching a third roundabout. Turn left and at the next roundabout turn left again. At the fifth roundabout, go straight into Shuttle Economy 2 (formerly Shuttle Economy 2 and Car Park 7). Please make a note of the zone where you have parked your car.

On arrival at the car park:
Drive up to the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and stop
The Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR) will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you entry
Please DO NOT press for a ticket to gain access to the car park, as this is not required and doing so will disable the ANPR system in relation to your booking

On exiting the car park:
Proceed straight to the exit barrier and stop
The ANPR system will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you (which will be the ref. starting EH in the comments section of your voucher) and subsequently open the barrier to allow you exit
Please DO NOT in any circumstance insert your credit card or debit card into the barrier as a further payment will be taken.

This voucher is only valid for the car park booked and is non refundable within 24 hours prior to the use date.
