We were very pleased with our booking considering we had to transfer from Newcastle to Liverpool because of the Thomas cook going bankrupt all in a very good service and we couldn’t fault anything and would recommend this service and we’ll be using them again

Easy walking distance to the terminal. Good footpaths and crossings. Feels safe to leave your car here due to cameras. Just need to take mental note of where you park so you can find it when you get back to car park

We eventually found a space and parked for our week holiday. However, on return, the machine wouldn't accept out ticket and tried to charge an extra £100. Tried to call FHR but got no answer. Eventually returned to the barrier and pressed help button. Operator took registration number then opened barrier. No explanation of why there was a problem.

The car park was poorly signed for the exit and not well lit at night which made exiting even harder.

On arrival at the car park we waited for registration number recognition and after several minutes we had to press the button for help, and we were allowed access. On exiting the car park I inserted the ore-paid ticket and the digital display was asking me for £100. I again had to press the button and we were allowed to exit the car park. This apart the car park is really close to the terminal and I will use it again. Steve

Arrived to have them say we had no reservation. Waited for someone to come, around 10mins with people behind us unhappy to be told well have to just take a ticket and get it verified on return. This was worrying until we got back to find out whether extra costs would be incurred. Never had this before as I've used you many times. This however was the 1st time at Liverpool.

Once you are in the vicinity of the airport, follow signs for Long Stay. The Long Stay Car Park can be accessed by turning left on the roundabout when approaching the airport terminal.Arrival instructions:
What to do on Arrival / Entrance:
Please wait whilst your registration is recognised.
A ticket will be automatically produced.
Take the ticket and proceed to the Car Park.
If a ticket is not issued, press the help button for assistance. Do not press for a ticket.
Please have your booking reference to hand.
Exit instructions:
Insert your ticket into the exit barrier.
The barrier will recognise the booking and lift automatically.
If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.
Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff, which should be paid at the car park office prior to collecting your vehicle.

By making this booking you agree that on exiting the car park you will pay any additional car parking charges (whether incurred as a consequence of parking in an incorrect car park or by parking in the Long Stay Car Park beyond the prepaid period) and that [LJLA] will deduct such additional charges from your Debit or Credit Card in accordance with the published rates displayed on the entrance to the relevant car park. Parking is at owner's own risk, and subject to the Terms and Conditions of the individual car park. Its £30 for 1 day overstay (subject to change).

Are there any disabled spaces and how far are they from terminalYes the car park do have disabled spaces. The car park is a few minutes walk from the terminal, approx 75 yards
Would there be any extra cost if my 23.40pm flight was delayed and landed later than expected?You will be charged extra when you exit the car park if your flight is delayed. Therefore it may be cheaper when you make the booking to book your return date for the next day
