Although we had emails to verify our booking and a booking number, we still had to press the help button at the car park as our car wasn't registered there. On our way back we then had to get our ticket validated at the main ticket booth. Not very happy.

would not use the long stay facility at Liverpool as problems occurred at entry and departure whereby the intercom system was non functional but I would use the independants such as imagine again

Got stuck at the entrance barrier for a while. When someone eventually answered the intercom it took a few minutes to be sorted. Plain sailing after that and found a great parking spot not too far from the terminal. Leaving the car park was a doddle though, so whatever problem we had trying to enter, must have been resolved.

The location of the car park is great, however when leaving the car park we encountered a problem. The ticket issued on entry was not recognised and the exit meter said there was a payment of £70.00 required. We pressed for assistance and we waited for a period of time before our call was answered. Luckily on quoting our booking reference number the barier was released, however at 11.15pm it is the last thing you need.

Driving round looking for a space is laborious and covered walkways from car parks would be a bonus. This is the second time I have used this facility and would recommend it

To improve the car park I would prefere the signs for the zones and row numbers to face you when entering the car park for ease of finding your car on your RETURN.no problem when parking as your looking for a space.(you note your row and zone for your return but these cannot be found easely)as they face away from your entry and exit gate.

Car park was very busy when we arrived but we got a space eventually. Takes around 5 minutes to walk to terminal which is great as long as it's not raining! There are trolleys in the car park to make the transfer easier. Entry and exit no probs at all. Would definitely use again.

Once you are in the vicinity of the airport, follow signs for Long Stay. The Long Stay Car Park can be accessed by turning left on the roundabout when approaching the airport terminal.Arrival instructions:
What to do on Arrival / Entrance:
Please wait whilst your registration is recognised.
A ticket will be automatically produced.
Take the ticket and proceed to the Car Park.
If a ticket is not issued, press the help button for assistance. Do not press for a ticket.
Please have your booking reference to hand.
Exit instructions:
Insert your ticket into the exit barrier.
The barrier will recognise the booking and lift automatically.
If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.
Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff, which should be paid at the car park office prior to collecting your vehicle.

Are there any disabled spaces and how far are they from terminalYes the car park do have disabled spaces. The car park is a few minutes walk from the terminal, approx 75 yards
Would there be any extra cost if my 23.40pm flight was delayed and landed later than expected?You will be charged extra when you exit the car park if your flight is delayed. Therefore it may be cheaper when you make the booking to book your return date for the next day
