IT was easy , i booked on line drove to the carpark as directed , picked up my ticket parked the car , Car park is busy which i like to see , generally means a trusted service. on return walked back to the car drove straight out no issues no worries , great service will use again

Absolutely Fantastic customer care; needed to change details of car a week before travelling having booked carpark a month or two earlier - they did it online as we live chatted and stayed on until I received the confirmation email. That and the fact they were cheaper than the airport to park in the same car park, so I would highly recommend them and will book again with them next time.

Have used this service many times and always been happy but this is the second time I have reach the exit gate inserted my card and been told on the display that I owed £85!! I then had to wait to speak to an operator to allow us to exit. I hope this isn't going to be a regular occurrence!!

Once you are in the vicinity of the airport, follow signs for Long Stay. The Long Stay Car Park can be accessed by turning left on the roundabout when approaching the airport terminal.Arrival instructions:
What to do on Arrival / Entrance:
Please wait whilst your registration is recognised.
A ticket will be automatically produced.
Take the ticket and proceed to the Car Park.
If a ticket is not issued, press the help button for assistance. Do not press for a ticket.
Please have your booking reference to hand.
Exit instructions:
Insert your ticket into the exit barrier.
The barrier will recognise the booking and lift automatically.
If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.
Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff, which should be paid at the car park office prior to collecting your vehicle.
Electric vehicle charging

By making this booking you agree that on exiting the car park you will pay any additional car parking charges (whether incurred as a consequence of parking in an incorrect car park or by parking in the Long Stay Car Park beyond the prepaid period) and that [LJLA] will deduct such additional charges from your Debit or Credit Card in accordance with the published rates displayed on the entrance to the relevant car park. Are there any disabled spaces and how far are they from terminalYes the car park do have disabled spaces. The car park is a few minutes walk from the terminal, approx 75 yards
Would there be any extra cost if my 23.40pm flight was delayed and landed later than expected?You will be charged extra when you exit the car park if your flight is delayed. Therefore it may be cheaper when you make the booking to book your return date for the next day
