The parking facilities are excellent and the money value is too when you prebook. The only aspect me and my partner are dissatisfied with is that our booking never seems to be acknowledged by the staff/system. The last 3 times or more we have trouble leaving the car park, being told that we owe money (last time the sum was £200), when we do not owe anything as we always prebook and prepay, however this is stressful as it means we have to get in contact with the facilities. Otherwise we are always satisfied with our experience.

Brilliant, you go to the entrance the camera recognises your car and issues you with a ticket and you find a parking space. When you are leaving just put the ticket in the machine and away you go, what could be simpler?

unfortunately car recognition of number plate didn't activate - it was 4.445 am, dark, wet and only one entry barrier working so couldn't see a button to discuss problem - had tto take ticket in end to get through and then spoke to your cust service team when they arraived in work at 9am.(24 hour number would help?) - anyway they explained I needed to call for assistance at barrier on exit and explain bokking ref and problem which I did and staff at Liverpool airport asked me to put ticket in and let me out, all ok in end but why did number recognition not happen? It has previously for me at Manchester and Bham?

Once again I had problems getting off car park! Ticket did not work, freezing night, torrential rain and had to find documentation to confirm reference number, seems to happen at Liverpool a lot ??

Registration plate not recognized by camera and operator couldn't find my reservation, so I was asked to take a normal ticket and handle the issue on my return. Issue resolved in 5 minutes by the gatehouse's staff when I came back, so i can't really complain. Car park is located less than 5 minutes walking from terminal.

Good parking much nearer to the terminal than our previous trip. But in the dark we did not see any walkway signs so had to walk through the oncoming cars. Also no clear markings to the exit. At 1am there were security men to ask for a walkway but he was at the terminal building no use at 4am in the car park when no one about. Otherwise yes we will use again.

My reg plate was not recognized by camera at the barrier. I could not find assistance button due to almost complete darkness at the gate so I pressed the button for ticket (the only one which was visible) but problem was solved during collection.

Yes we have used long stay parking many times and each time we wonder whether we are going to exit without having to give our reference number.No the barrier still did not work without our reference number.

On-line booking through FHR was quick, simple and the cheapest option available. Would have given it five stars but for Liverpool Airport parking letting itself down a little - their license plate recognition system wasn't working. The booking reference code wasn't known when I pressed for assistance but quoting the reg plate got me both in and out.

Once you are in the vicinity of the airport, follow signs for Long Stay. The Long Stay Car Park can be accessed by turning left on the roundabout when approaching the airport terminal.Arrival instructions:
What to do on Arrival / Entrance:
Please wait whilst your registration is recognised.
A ticket will be automatically produced.
Take the ticket and proceed to the Car Park.
If a ticket is not issued, press the help button for assistance. Do not press for a ticket.
Please have your booking reference to hand.
Exit instructions:
Insert your ticket into the exit barrier.
The barrier will recognise the booking and lift automatically.
If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.
Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff, which should be paid at the car park office prior to collecting your vehicle.
Electric vehicle charging
There are electric charging points in the car park, which are free to use for an hour. They work on a first come first served basis.
By making this booking you agree that on exiting the car park you will pay any additional car parking charges (whether incurred as a consequence of parking in an incorrect car park or by parking in the Long Stay Car Park beyond the prepaid period) and that [LJLA] will deduct such additional charges from your Debit or Credit Card in accordance with the published rates displayed on the entrance to the relevant car park. Are there any disabled spaces and how far are they from terminalYes the car park do have disabled spaces. The car park is a few minutes walk from the terminal, approx 75 yards
Would there be any extra cost if my 23.40pm flight was delayed and landed later than expected?You will be charged extra when you exit the car park if your flight is delayed. Therefore it may be cheaper when you make the booking to book your return date for the next day
