drove up to the barrier on the car park but the computer wouldnt read the cars registration number so i phoned throuh to the ticket office where he said take a ticket and on my return to go sort it at the office..the guy at the ticket office on my return was vry effiecient.i showed him my booking reference and confirmation that id paid and he issued me a ticket to get off the car park..i paid 42 pound for the long stay when if you pay on the day it would of been near 90 for 8 days so i would definetly recommend this service

I have booked through yourselves twice now. On both occasions the registration was not recognised on entry at the car park. I have had to press for help then got to the onsite office for them to check the booking. On exit from the car park I had further problems. Not great after a long flight with a tired family!!

Excellent, drove up to barrier got ticket and parked up in section K which is a short distance under a bridge found a space about a 4 minute stroll into departure lounge, on return just put ticket into machine barrier up and away you go, No waiting around what so ever and as I said only a short stroll from terminal!ðŸ‘Â😎

On leaving the car park, tried to charge me £80, had to ask for assistance, told me they couldn't find my details, had to give them all again to the operative. They must've found them as just opened the gate. No apology for the delay or confusion, poor customer service.

Great location, convenient distance to terminal, one thing I would like to mention is there seems to have been a bit of a hike in prices by John Lennon Airport over the past 12 months, thank goodness for the FHR discount.

On arrival at car park - easy peasy, no fuss, number plate recognised, ticket issued amd plenty of parking spaces. On return enter ticket 'Have a safe journey' displayed, barrier lifted and off you go. Would recommend and would use FHR again.

Once you are in the vicinity of the airport, follow signs for Long Stay. The Long Stay Car Park can be accessed by turning left on the roundabout when approaching the airport terminal.Arrival instructions:
What to do on Arrival / Entrance:
Please wait whilst your registration is recognised.
A ticket will be automatically produced.
Take the ticket and proceed to the Car Park.
If a ticket is not issued, press the help button for assistance. Do not press for a ticket.
Please have your booking reference to hand.
Exit instructions:
Insert your ticket into the exit barrier.
The barrier will recognise the booking and lift automatically.
If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.
Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff, which should be paid at the car park office prior to collecting your vehicle.

Are there any disabled spaces and how far are they from terminalYes the car park do have disabled spaces. The car park is a few minutes walk from the terminal, approx 75 yards
Would there be any extra cost if my 23.40pm flight was delayed and landed later than expected?You will be charged extra when you exit the car park if your flight is delayed. Therefore it may be cheaper when you make the booking to book your return date for the next day
