What is the drop-off procedure?

Upon arrival at the car park entry barrier, the ANPR system will read the vehicle registration plate and automatically issue you with a ticket. Remove the ticket and the barrier will rise.

What is the pick-up procedure?

At the exit barrier, the barrier will raise allowing you to exit.

What security measures does the car park have?

CCTV, Floodlighting Security fencing and regular patrols. The car park has the Park Mark for safer parking. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

Electric vehicle charging There are electric charging points in the car park, which are free to use for an hour. They work on a first come first served basis.

Directions for Long Stay - Non refundable

Once you are in the vicinity of the airport, follow signs for Long Stay. The Long Stay Car Park can be accessed by turning left on the roundabout when approaching the airport terminal.

Arrival instructions:
What to do on Arrival / Entrance:
Please wait whilst your registration is recognised.
A ticket will be automatically produced.
Take the ticket and proceed to the Car Park.
If a ticket is not issued, press the help button for assistance. Do not press for a ticket.
Please have your booking reference to hand.

Exit instructions:
Insert your ticket into the exit barrier.
The barrier will recognise the booking and lift automatically.
If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.

Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff, which should be paid at the car park office prior to collecting your vehicle.

By making this booking you agree that on exiting the car park you will pay any additional car parking charges (whether incurred as a consequence of parking in an incorrect car park or by parking in the Long Stay Car Park beyond the prepaid period) and that [LJLA] will deduct such additional charges from your Debit or Credit Card in accordance with the published rates displayed on the entrance to the relevant car park. Parking is at owner's own risk, and subject to the Terms and Conditions of the individual car park. Its £30 for 1 day overstay (subject to change).
